Problems with Images
I've tried to update the images on my site but I am not seeing the new images. I'm still seeing the old images.
Try clearing your browser cache and then try viewing the site again.
The images on my website are taking far too long to load.
Try reducing the file size of the images. It is reccomended that you save your images at 72 dpi and at 50-60% jpeg quality.
Some or all of my images are not loading.
Be sure you are not saving it as a "progressive" jpg. In your image editing software, there should be an option to save as a "progressive" jpg - you must make sure this option is NOT selected when saving your image. Also make sure all the files are named properly, and that the file name and file extension are in lowercase and not capital letters. (i.e., home.jpg and not home.JPG or HOME.JPG.)
The images on my website appear on some computers/web browsers but not on others.
Make sure you have not saved any of your images in the "Progressive" jpeg format.
When I save my images in Photoshop (or other image editing program), they look fine, but when viewing them on the site, they look pixelated and bad.
Make sure you are not opening the .swf file directly to view the site. You must open the index.html file using your web browser to view the site properly.
I tried to add images into my text area using html and it doesn't work.
Adding images using html will not work. We can customize your template by adding the ability to add and update images in set positions on your template. Images can not be added in the main text area of each page. Please email us for further information on customizing your template.
